01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between luck97 ("we", "us", "the platform") and every person ("you", "the member") who accesses, registers on or places any bet or wager through luck97 at luck97.click. These Terms apply to all services offered on the platform including the sportsbook, casino games, jackpot slots, poker, roulette, virtual sports and any promotional offers.

By completing registration or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms you must not use the luck97 platform. These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both available on this website.

luck97 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The current version is always published at luck97.click/terms-conditions with the date of the most recent revision shown at the top of the page. Continued use of the platform after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

02 Eligibility & Registration

To open an account on luck97 you must meet all of the following requirements without exception:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. luck97 enforces a strict 18+ policy and will request age verification documents from any member at any time.
• You must be a natural person (individuals only — companies and automated systems may not register).
• You must not already hold an active luck97 account. Each person is entitled to one account only. Operating multiple accounts is a violation of these Terms and may result in permanent suspension.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or direct family member of a luck97 employee.
• You must provide complete and accurate personal information at registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, current address, email address and mobile number.

luck97 may require KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any point, including before processing your first withdrawal. Standard KYC documents include a valid national identity card (CNIC), proof of address dated within three months and, where relevant, source of funds documentation. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within the requested timeframe may be restricted or suspended.

03 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your luck97 login credentials secure. This includes your password, any PIN you create and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes generated for your account. You must not share your credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

luck97 staff will never ask you for your password through any channel including live chat, email or telephone. If you receive any communication claiming to be from luck97 requesting your password, treat it as fraudulent and report it to support immediately.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact luck97 support immediately so we can suspend the account and investigate. luck97 cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where you have shared your credentials or failed to maintain adequate device security.

You must ensure that the mobile number and email address associated with your luck97 account remain current and accessible. These are used for account verification, security alerts and withdrawal confirmations. Failure to maintain accurate contact details may delay account access and payment processing.

04 Deposits

luck97 accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit cards. The minimum deposit is Rs 200 for mobile wallet methods and Rs 1,000 for bank transfers. Maximum deposit limits are displayed within the cashier section of your account.

Deposits made via Easypaisa and JazzCash are credited to your luck97 balance instantly in normal operating conditions. Bank transfers and card deposits may take up to 30 minutes to reflect. If a deposit has not appeared after this window, contact live support with your transaction reference number.

• All deposits must originate from an account or card registered in your own name. luck97 will not accept deposits from third-party accounts.
• luck97 does not charge a fee on deposits. Your payment provider may charge a transaction fee which is outside luck97's control.
• luck97 reserves the right to request proof of payment method before processing withdrawals to ensure the method used for deposit matches the method used for withdrawal.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited. Contact support immediately if you believe a deposit has been made incorrectly.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your luck97 account are processed back to the same payment method used for your deposit wherever possible. This is a standard anti-money-laundering requirement and is not negotiable. If your original deposit method is unavailable, luck97 will request appropriate documentation before processing to an alternative method.

Minimum withdrawal amounts: Rs 500 to mobile wallets, Rs 2,000 to bank accounts. Standard processing time is within 30 minutes for mobile wallet withdrawals and up to 24 hours for bank transfers. Withdrawal requests submitted during peak periods — particularly during and immediately after major PSL matches — may take slightly longer but will always be processed within the stated maximum period.

• You must complete KYC verification before your first withdrawal is processed.
• luck97 does not impose withdrawal fees. Your payment provider's standard receiving fees may apply.
• You may only withdraw funds that represent a real-money balance. Bonus funds must meet their wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn.
• luck97 reserves the right to carry out additional verification on large withdrawal requests. This is a routine security procedure and does not indicate any suspicion of wrongdoing.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

luck97 offers various promotional incentives including welcome deposit matches, free spins on jackpot slots, reload bonuses, cashback offers and VIP tier rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each promotion. The general bonus rules below apply to all offers unless a promotion's specific terms state otherwise.

Wagering Requirements

Most luck97 bonuses come with a wagering requirement — a multiple of the bonus amount (or in some cases bonus plus deposit) that must be bet before the bonus funds and any winnings from them can be withdrawn. For example, a bonus with a 10× wagering requirement means a Rs 1,000 bonus requires Rs 10,000 in bets to be placed before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable wagering multiple is always stated clearly in the promotion's specific terms.

Bonus Eligibility Rules

• Welcome bonuses are available to new luck97 members only — one per person, per household and per device. Attempts to claim welcome bonuses on multiple accounts will result in all such accounts being suspended.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance. Bonus funds are used after real-money funds are exhausted unless stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the timeframe stated in the promotion — typically 7 to 30 days. Incomplete wagering results in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• luck97 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it is claimed.
• Bonus abuse — including use of multiple accounts, coordinated play or exploiting promotions in ways not intended by their design — will result in account suspension and forfeiture of associated balances.

07 Sportsbook Rules

The luck97 sportsbook covers cricket (including PSL), football, tennis, kabaddi, virtual sports and other markets. The following general rules apply to all sports bets placed on luck97.

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. luck97 may update odds at any time and is under no obligation to honour odds that were displayed in error (manifest error odds).
• Bets are only valid once confirmed — a bet that has been added to the bet slip but not confirmed has not been placed. Always check your bet history to confirm successful placement.
• If an event is cancelled or abandoned before the minimum required play time (stated in sport-specific rules), bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to market availability. luck97 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time, including due to technical issues or unexpected match developments.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and are displayed in the sport-specific rules section of the platform.
• luck97 reserves the right to limit stake sizes on specific markets or for specific accounts where there is evidence of systematic exploitation of pricing inefficiencies.

Cricket Specific Rules

For PSL and international cricket matches, a match is considered valid once one over per side has been bowled in a T20, or 20 overs per side in an ODI, unless the match result is determined before that point. Matches that are determined by Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method are settled as per the official DLS result. Super Overs are included in match result bets unless stated otherwise.

08 Casino & Slots Rules

All casino games and jackpot slots on luck97 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The outcome of every game is independent of previous outcomes and cannot be influenced by any factor including bet size, session length or player history.

• RTP (Return to Player) percentages are published in each game's information panel. These are long-run theoretical figures and do not guarantee any specific outcome in any session.
• Technical malfunctions in casino games void all play and stakes are refunded. A visual display of a winning outcome caused by a technical error is not a valid win.
• Progressive jackpot wins are subject to verification before payout. luck97 reserves up to 72 hours to verify jackpot wins of Rs 500,000 or above.
• Free spins awarded as part of a bonus are subject to the bonus wagering requirements associated with that promotion.
• Jackpot eligibility requirements — where a minimum bet is required to participate in the jackpot pool — are clearly stated in each game's rules panel before play begins.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on luck97 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Operating more than one account on luck97.
• Providing false, incomplete or misleading information at any stage including registration, KYC or support interaction.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts or other software to interact with the luck97 platform in any way not intended for normal human play.
• Collusion with other players for financial gain, including in poker games or any other multiplayer format.
• Exploiting software errors, game glitches or pricing errors in the sportsbook for financial gain.
• Money laundering or using luck97 as a mechanism to disguise the origin of funds.
• Match fixing, spot fixing or placing bets on events where you have prior knowledge of a pre-arranged result.
• Threatening, abusing or harassing luck97 staff or other platform members.
• Attempting to access another member's account without authorisation.
• Allowing a person under 18 years of age to use your luck97 account.

10 Account Suspension & Termination

luck97 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or terminate any account at any time without prior notice where there is reasonable suspicion of a Terms violation or where required by law. Where an account is suspended for investigation, the member will be notified and given a reasonable opportunity to respond.

If your account is terminated as a result of a Terms breach, any real-money balance may be withheld pending investigation. If no breach is confirmed following investigation, your real-money balance will be returned less any amounts connected to the suspected breach. Bonus balances are forfeit upon termination for cause.

You may close your luck97 account at any time by contacting support. Any real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method after standard verification. Accounts subject to active bonus wagering requirements at the time of closure will have bonus funds removed before the balance is returned.

11 Responsible Gaming

luck97 takes responsible gaming seriously. Gambling should be an entertainment activity, not a source of financial stress or harm. We provide the following tools for every member to manage their own gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on how much you can deposit. Once set, limits can be reduced immediately but can only be increased after a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits — Restrict how much you can lose over a set period. Applicable across sportsbook and casino.
• Session Time Reminders — Receive on-screen notifications at intervals you choose to keep track of time spent on the platform.
• Cool-Off Periods — Take a break from gambling for 24 hours, 7 days or up to 30 days. Access is suspended during the cool-off period.
• Self-Exclusion — Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from luck97. This is irreversible for the chosen duration and takes effect immediately.

12 Privacy & Data

luck97 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at luck97.click/privacy-policy. By registering on luck97 you consent to the collection, processing and storage of your personal data as described in that policy.

luck97 will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only where required by law, in the context of payment processing with regulated financial service providers, or in aggregated anonymised form for platform analytics.

You have the right to request access to the personal data luck97 holds about you, to request corrections to inaccurate data and, in certain circumstances, to request deletion of your data. These requests should be submitted to support@luck97.click. Please note that we are required by anti-money-laundering regulations to retain certain records for a minimum of five years after account closure regardless of deletion requests.

13 Intellectual Property

All content on the luck97 platform — including but not limited to the luck97 name, logo, website design, software, graphics, text, game assets and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of luck97 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, create derivative works from or otherwise exploit any luck97 content without express written permission. Unauthorised use of luck97's intellectual property may result in legal action.

14 Limitation of Liability

luck97 provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain continuous and error-free service, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, particularly during scheduled maintenance, unexpected technical failures or events beyond our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, luck97's aggregate liability to any member arising from use of the platform — whether in contract, tort or otherwise — is limited to the amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. luck97 is not liable for indirect, consequential or speculative losses including lost profits, lost data or damage to reputation.

Nothing in these Terms limits luck97's liability for death, personal injury or fraud caused by our own negligence or wilful misconduct.

15 Amendments to These Terms

luck97 may amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made — meaning changes that could affect your rights or obligations as a member — we will notify active members via the email address or mobile number on their account at least 7 days before the changes take effect, or with shorter notice where required by law or regulatory instruction.

The current Terms are always published at luck97.click/terms-conditions with the revision date shown at the top. If you disagree with any amended Terms you must stop using the platform and close your account before the amendments take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
